Correction Territory is an informational platform that helps users explore how stocks, ETFs, indexes, cryptocurrencies, metals, and similar assets compare to their historical all-time highs and related metrics (such as correction range and upside potential). We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or financial institution. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or manage portfolios on your behalf.
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORRECTION TERRITORY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Correction Territory and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Correction Territory regarding the Service.
